Job Description :
- మీరు ఇన్బౌండ్ కాల్స్ అనేవి ఇంటర్నేషనల్ కస్టమర్ దగ్గర నుంచి తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది
- మీరు కస్టమర్ యొక్క కోషన్స్ కి ప్రాపర్ సొల్యూషన్స్ అనేవి ప్రొవైడ్ చేయడంతో పాటు వాటిని ఫోన్ కాల్స్ ఉపయోగించి ఎఫెక్ట్ గా మీరు అర్థం చేసుకొని పరిసరాలు చేయాలి
- మీరు కస్టమర్స్ అందరికి కూడా ఎక్స్లెంట్ సర్వీస్ అనేది అందించాలి అందుకోసం వారితో మీరు ప్రొఫెషనల్ గా కమ్యూనికేషన్ చేయాలి
- కస్టమర్ తో సంబంధించి సాటిస్ఫాక్షన్ పొందే విధంగా మీరు తగ్గిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి
- 12th Pass / Any Degree అర్హతలు కలిగి ఉంటే సరిపోతుంది లేదా ఇంకా ఎక్కువ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ ఉన్నా కూడా పరవాలేదు
- Freshers కూడా అప్లై చేసుకుని ఎలిజిబిలిటీ అనేది ఇవ్వడం ఇది ఒక మంచి విషయం గా చెప్పొచ్చు వీళ్ళతో పాటు కాస్త ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్ ఉన్నవాళ్ళకి కూడా ఇందులో అవకాశం ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది
- కమ్యూనికేషన్ స్కిల్స్ అనేవి ప్రాపర్ గా మీకు ఇంగ్లీష్ కి సంబంధించి ఉండాలి
- Night Shift లో మీరు వర్క్ అనేది చేయడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి
- ప్రస్తుతం చదువుతున్నటువంటి స్టూడెంట్స్ అప్లై చేయడానికి లేదు
